 Shipping FAQ's
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is included in our price for all orders delivered in the continental US. For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and other foreign countries see next questions.
I live outside continental US what should I do?
If you would like to find out what the shipping charges would be, please go through the regular process of purchasing the product on our site, as if you lived in continental US. Once you place the order, a customer service representative will contact you and tell you the shipping charges, only when you agree to the charges will your credit card will be billed.
Will my scooter arrive assembled?
Your scooter will arrive in 1 to 3 boxes depending on the model and mode of shipment. Assembling your scooter is very easy and takes just a few minutes. After reading thru the owners manual if you still have questions plase call our office.

 Return policy
What if I would like to return a purchased product?
Before returning anything, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number within 3 days of receiving the product. An RA number and instructions can be obtained by emailing customer service. In most situations returns are not authorized unless wrong product was received by customer.
Will I receive a full refund if I don't like the product?
Only if product is in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging. You will receive a full a refund excluding S&H charges on products shipped out of our warehouse. For products shipped out of manufactures warehouse restocking fee might apply, ranging between 15% and 35%. You are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense.
What if I receive the defective or wrong product?
If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error by us, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will reimburse you the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product back to us. If you call first and obtain an RA #. If product arrives damaged you must refuse delivery or have driver sign a damage statment or you will be responsible for the costs of repair.

 Payment and Taxes
What payments methods do you accept.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards for payment. You can also pay by personal,cashier check or money order.
To pay by check, simply select "pay by check" on the payment page of the order form. Once you have fully submitted your order, you will be emailed with instructions and an address to which to send payment.
Is there a Sales Tax?
There is no sales tax on any items sold by MobilityToys.com except for residents of California (8.00%). Sales tax can be waived for California residents that have a prescription for ordered product.

 Warranty Service
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Most scooters and ramps come with 3 year limited manufacturers warranty. Please refer to product pages for warranty information.
What happens when I need warranty repairs/service?
All pride scooters come with a one year in-home service contract. Both parts and labor are covered for the first full year. If you need service you simply call the Pride Mobility 800 number supplied with your scooter. A technician will be scheduled to come repair your scooter. For other manufactures scooters and ramps, we will help you get you product serviced in your area.

When you shop on our site, we collect personal information from you such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information and a password. We may also collect, or our third party ad server and content server will collect the URL you came from, IP address, domain types (e.g. .com or .org, etc.), your browser type, the country, state and telephone area code where your server is located, the pages of our site that were viewed during a visit, the advertisements you clicked, and any search terms that you entered on our site.

Is it safe for me to enter my credit information?

I still don't feel safe what can I do?
If you don't feel safe entering your credit card information, simply select "pay by phone" on the payment page of the order form. Once you have fully submitted your order, a customer service representative will contact you by phone and get the credit card information, or you can call us after placing the order

 Batteries
Are batteries really free?
The battery price is included in the prices listed on the site.
What if I have my own batteries can I get a discount?
Yes, if you have your own batteries, you can get discounted price by specifying on the order form that you don't want batteries and discounted price will be applied to your order.

 Insurance
Do you accept Insurance as Payment?
To keep our prices low, we can't accept insurance as method of payments. We will provide you with an invoice for the product and you may file the with your insurance company your self.

 Financing
Do you offer Financing?
At the present time we don't offer consumer financing.
